Penn National Security is a Texas state-licensed training school offering professional security and safety training programs for individuals and organizations. Our courses meet or exceed state requirements and are taught by licensed, experienced instructors dedicated to preparing students for real-world situations. Current Training Programs
Texas Private Security Level II Training
Entry-level training for non-commissioned security officers, covering legal responsibilities, emergency response, observation skills, and report writing.
Texas Private Security Level III Training
Comprehensive commissioned security officer training, including firearms qualification, use-of-force laws, defensive tactics, and state-mandated classroom and range instruction.
Texas Private Security Level III Recertification Training
State-required renewal course for commissioned security officers, including firearms proficiency requalification and legal updates.
Texas Private Security Level III & IV Firearms Proficiency Only
For officers who have completed prior classroom training but require range qualification for Level III or Level IV licensing.
Texas License to Carry (LTC) Training
Classroom and range instruction to meet Texas DPS requirements for obtaining a License to Carry a Handgun
